Your perfect home begins with choices. That’s why our team will set up an Initial Selection appointment where you will discover and choose signature flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and hardware to pair with your preferred appliances. These are not builder’s grade finishes and appliances. Our selections make the grade in both style and performance.
Your home will be fitted with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero, Wolf and ASKO appliances – upscale brands perfect for a home that makes a bold, definitive statement. These are the amenities that allow you to bring your vibrant, luxurious vision for elevated living at The Boardwalk Residences at Ovation to life. Ovation’s Interior Design Manager, Anthony Zalants, and our Design Center team work exclusively with buyers to deliver a home as unique as our region and you, of course.

Design Services
Initial Selection Services
All buyers of The Boardwalk Residences will begin with an Initial Selections appointment with Anthony Zalants. The standard selections offered with your new home at Ovation are anything but typical; they are premium, high-end products and finishes. There are certainly upgrade opportunities as well. The purpose of this session is to make selections for flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and various hardware throughout the home. The top-of-the-line appliances have already been ordered from Tisdel Distributing: Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, oven, and microwave, and an ASKO dishwasher.
Appointments and availability made upon finalization of a contract.
Luxury Design Services
After all Initial Selections appointments are complete, buyers of The Boardwalk Residences are welcome to work with Anthony Zalants on an hourly rate basis to create a full home interior selections, including colors, fabrics, furniture and the many touches and elements that will transform the space into your family’s oasis.

Anthony brings more than thirty years of experience in interior design to Corporex and The Boardwalk Residences at Ovation. Formally trained as an architect at Clemson University, Anthony has developed his keen interior design skills and white glove approach with clients through work at Corporex’s Domaine de la Rive and The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge, and as Vice President of Federation Antiques where his architectural and interior design work took him from coast to coast, as well as Europe.
Anthony joined the Ovation team as Interior Design Manager after serving as President of Hanover House Interiors & Antiques in Hyde Park/Cincinnati for nearly a decade. He has extensive experience working through the construction or existing build processes, ensuring clients’ expectations are continually superseded.
