The Ovation office building and MegaCorp Pavilion music and event venue are open.  During the course of 2024, the hotel, the Ovation Boardwalk, and some of the residential condominium buildings will open.

Come check it out yourself. From 3rd Street in Newport, you can drive your vehicle up Ovation Way (across from the Ovation Office building and MegaCorp Pavilion music & event venue) for an easy self-guided tour from your car, or even park and walk on the street only.  No access to any of the buildings is allowed – they are under construction.

Please follow onsite signage and directions, as this is an active construction site during the week and only open on Sundays, weather and construction permitting.

Event updates will be posted on OvationOnTheRiver.com with the latest information on when the Over the Top experience is open or closed, weather and construction . Currently, Sundays are the only day for this unique experience.
